WSUM 91.7 FM Student Radio, Madison, WI accepts material from local and regional acts for airplay and/or live sets. "Support Your Scene" features local Wisconsin music of a variety of genres, including live sessions from local bands. The show is on from 2pm-3pm on Sundays, and live acts are featured every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month.
Bands can contact prog(AT)wsum.org for information on submitting a CD or performing on the show.
The WJJO Local Stage airs every Sunday night from 9-10 pm on 94.1 WJJO. Hosted by Kurt Baron, the show spotlights one area band with an on-air interview. Music from at least four other area bands is also played during the hour.

Midwest Music Makers is a radio program produced in Dubuque, Iowa by radio programmer and part time musician Steve Hemmer, and hosted by area musician Denny Garcia. The program features music by Midwest artists that would not normally be heard on commercial radio.
The program airs weekly on 97.3 FM KGRR at 5:30 p.m. on Fridays and repeats at 5 p.m. Saturdays, giving listeners two chances to hear the show. The station's web site, KGRR.com features links, concert dates and a forum for bands and listeners to post show dates and chat with one another.
